  • Not at all. Coach Malachi works with complete beginners as well as experienced athletes. Every session is tailored to your current level.

  • Youth boxing is available for ages 7-17 years old. Training is age-appropriate, safe, and focused on fundamentals, confidence, and discipline.

  • Sessions may include fundamentals, pad work, footwork, conditioning, and skill progression—based on experience level and goals.

  • Training is primarily fitness- and skill-based. If competition preparation is appropriate, it can be discussed during your consultation.

  • Our boxing services are offered through session packages rather than drop-in rates. This structure supports consistency, better results, and a more personalized coaching experience. Pricing is discussed during your free consultation so we can match the right plan to your goals.
